How billing works — the whole story
When you pay: at signup, immediately, and then on the same date each month (or year). The amount never changes without you choosing a different plan.
Every charge is announced: you get an email confirmation each time your card is charged — never a silent renewal.
Cancelling: two clicks on your billing page. No phone calls, no chat with an agent, no “offer” screens. Cancelling stops all future charges instantly; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Taxes: prices are shown before tax. Any sales tax, GST, or VAT your country requires is added at checkout, so your final total may be a little higher than the sticker price.
